Étymologie

Chandelier : < latin candela, « chandelle ».

Lutrin : < bas-latin lectrinum, de lectrum, pupitre chez Isidore de Séville (Carthagène, entre 560 et 570 - Séville, 636, évêque de Séville (cfr Littré).
